Tingling spot on back?

Okay by spot I mean like an actual pimple. I have had it about 2 months and I have no other symptoms...what is it exactly and should I be worried? It tingles every now an then. Some days not at all. I am a hypochondriac and I tend to make mountains out of mole hills and worry about these things way to much. So help please ^_^.
