What would happen if Obama was born in Kenya?

If there was an investigation (which hopefully will happen) over obamas birthplace and it was discovered that he was indeed born outside the US what would happen? Also a secondary question, If this mystery over obamas birthplace happened with bush or another republic president liberals would have a fieldday!! what hypocracy.
