How can I, a 15-year old, start a fundraiser?

Hey there! Alrighty, so maybe a few of you heard about the tornadoes that bashed North Georgia and Alabama last night, killing over 200 people. Homes and lives were destroyed, and many were injured. I used to live in georgia, it was my hometown and birthplace. The town i was born in was torn down and left in rubble. I want to start a huge fundraiser for those who have no insurance and make a difference for my people. How can I make my wish known and get something set up? Any ideas?
