Is the Andrew Johnson birthplace in Raleigh, N.C. haunted?

My husband and I visited the Mordecai house in Raleigh with friends one day. The Andrew Johnson house is on the same property, the house he was born in. During the tour, the guide explained that Andrew Johnson hated that house and swore once he left he would never return, and he never did. The second floor was sealed off and we were told there is no accessing the second floor, it's not allowed. Well me being the amateur ghost hunter I am, decided to take pics. One of the pics I took was of the back of the home. In the second story window, was a little boy pointing at us taking the picture and screaming with his mouth wide open. Obviously we didn't see it at the time (or I would have freaked out) but it showed up clearly on film. No, I did not post the picture, as I burned afraid of it's evil powers... I know I know... my sister is upset with me cause she wanted to see it too. Anyways, I was wondering if Andrew Johnson ever expressed why he had such a hatred of that home. Also, was wondering if anyone else has pictures of ghosts on that property or had experiences there. I did have a lot of ghosts in the pictures of the Mordecai house also, but like I said I burned it afraid to bring evil into my house... oh well... thanks for your stories and info
