How to stop bunny from...?

Peeing and pooping everywhere? She peed twice when we took her out (for the second time) today and she just poops 247; no matter where we put her. & It's really irritating.. we put her back in her cage so she learns that this is unacceptable behaviour; but how do we stop it altogether?
