Do people born exactly 19 years apart experience similar life?

well now i wouldn't relate this to eclipses per se, but the nodes specifically. the nodes take about 19 years to travel through the zodiac. i have a sister who is about 19 years older than i am. and we share the same north node, within 3 degrees :). supposedly our life goal and our previous lives have some similarities.
