Missing my period for over 3 months and I am not pregnant, What is going on?

Sounds like a simple hormone issue. Very common and nothing to worry about. Birth control pills from a doctor will take care of it. However, I would still suggest getting a full GYN workup to ensure that there is nothing else going on. That could be causing this issue.
