34 Weeks Pregnant, Help.?

i am 34 weeks and going through the EXACT same thing. im pretty sure its just normal. painful and annoying but normal. my midwifes aren't helpful too. my doc is on holidays for a month and my nearest hospital is 45mins away. i have called the "nurse on call" before about other problems. if these are really worrying you then look up their number. good luck x
