Im scared when the food goes down slow like if im about to choke, and recently it got stuck in my throat why?

I been suffering from G.A.D ( generalized anxiety disorder) and its been controlling my life. Im at a point that it just makes me want to be put away into the crazy house..Im fed up, Hypochondriac always calling the ambulance cause I think Im seriously ill for everything my body goes through. Cant be no more then 5 minutes away from the hospital..
