I have had a headache for about a week now.?

So i have had a headache for about a week now, and it is not so intense as to where i cannot bear the pain, but it is just really annoying, and i have a bad habit of being a hypochondriac. I have a feeling of pressure behind my right eye, and today my right ear started feeling a little clogged. also it may be me making it up but my right eye feels like it is a little heavier than the left. It is weird because my headaches usually occur to my whole head, not just one side, What could this be? I have a doctors Appointment scheduled for next Monday, Should i go to the ER if the Headache and pressure does not subside? Thank you so much for your opinions and knowledge.
