Please help medical question please i'm scared?

okay so this might be a nasty question but i was doing anal stimulation with a round object and don't worry it wasn't sharp it was very soft plastic but i went to far and felt a little pain in my colon at least i think it's my colon. then i started feeling constipated and felt like i had butterfly's in my bowels. did i puncture my colon or am i just being a hypochondriac or am I okay. please help i'm really scared. oh and p.s I went to the bathroom and there was no blood. by the way if i had punctured my colon how much blood would be coming out of there?
