Painful, sort of itchy white bumps under skin?

there are many white bumps under the skin of my vagina. they seem to be spreading, they're a little painful and itchy. i am only 17, and i've never had intercourse before, i've only practiced in sexual activity, such as fingering, with one guy only, and he was a virgin (meaning had never practiced in ANY form of sexual activity with anyone prior to me) i'm a hypochondriac by all means, so please no sarcastic, rude comments as to what they may be. i'm worrying myself into a deep panic.
