Infection on my penis?

Im 15, i have NEVER HAD SEX(so an STD is impossible. I have this area on the head of my penis right on the other side where it makes a Vish shape. Its about half the size of a penny. It itches sometimes, but other than that it does not burn or anything. It gets a scab on it, and when i squeeze it green liquid comes out (only about 2 full drops worth) when its out however, the scab gets all moist and comes off and grows a new one and again, fills back up. Im really scared and a huge hypochondriac, but i dont want to get my penis removed! Its only red in the area, not around it or anything. PLEASE HELP!!!(Btw, i have NOT tried using alchohol, hydrogen peroxide, or any medication for that matter). Again, THIS IS NOT AN STD.
