Am i a Capricorn Rising or Sagittarius?

On astro.com, when I put 9:20 am, it says I am a Capricorn Rising. But on cafeastrology it says I'm a Sagittarius rising. I heard astro uses wide orbs (I have no idea what that means) so does that affect anything? I honestly don't know what my exact birth time is but my mom says it's around there. >< Please help ...
