Take him to the doctor. If he is experiencing any kind of sickness you can't identify, take him to the hospital. Also, make him drink a lot of water. Vomiting can cause dehydration. I wouldn't suggest eating. Just keep a cool wet rag on his head and water in his system.

I'm black and I am also a recently converted Muslim. I live in the city of Detroit, the birthplace of NOI and the home to many real, mainstream Muslims. While I am not trying to offend any followers of Nation of Islam, to me it is NOT Islam. I would love to know your perspective (Muslim or not) of black Muslims. Do you see us and automatically label us followers of NOI? Do you see us and automatically think that we belong to this group that hates whites? I'm just curious.

Advice? Please I need help!?

I have been having stomach issues. I saw a doctor they did a endoscopy and found nothing but fatty on my liver. I was taking medicine for my stomach and then I was feeling better. That was a couple of months ago and now this past week I have been feeling extremely sick. I am feeling nauseous, tired, no appetite, cold at times but sweaty, chills. I have been probably only eating 500 calories a day if that. When I eat it makes me feel more sick to my stomach, even the smell of food makes me feel more sick. I believe I lost approximately 10lbs in a week probably more. I went to the doctor they did blood work and a urine sample. Found out that my liver levels or something were off which I had this problem in the past they did nothing about that. But I also have a urinary tract infection and I am on antibiotics for 7 days twice a day for that. Sorry if I am sounding like a hypochondriac but I am rather worried because I am feeling more sick as time goes on. Last night I was crying because I felt so sick and I was in the car and felt really car sick and I couldn't even text. Usually I am perfectly fine in the car and never get car sick. Any suggestions? I would really appreciate your input! Thank You.

Hard to say without knowing what the actual problem is. If it is something small then no it is not neglect. It's only been two days though so as long as it isn't some godawful problem I don't believe it's neglect
